When I think pole dancing I'm not sure I really know what I'm talking about. I was definitely blown away by the flexibility and control of the pole dancer performing recently at the Ideal Bride Expo at the RNA.
The fitness and strength required to perform some of their moves was amazing, and the audience certainly appreciated them.
